As to your point regarding precedents, LNG has successfully passed on this risk to the EPC contractor by signing a turn key contract. Seems like a good way to mitigate the concerns that you keep raising ( and keep ignoring the answers btw). So why dont you go find forums for KBR and discuss how they've taken on a dud of a project and how their company is going to go broke because they didnt follow your rules
