Your contention is they need a pilot plant to demonstrate the technology works. The response to this has been that whether the technology works or not is now KBR's problem and not LNGL. Do you not concede this point now that you understand that the LNGL construction contract is turnkey? If you do concede this point then your point is irrelevant. If you don't cencede this point then the question is why not. Who does LNGL need to prove the technology works to?
