AXO will take the chance to push up the price to $0.70 before the second week of September because they know the bear market phase II rebounding will be ended after the second week of September.

I don't reckon they can get $1 billion finance if they are still dreamakers. too greedy.

Once the market better, the mgt go back to greedy again. Where is the 15% reduction of capex proposal?

It could be lower than $700 milion because when they place the shares they told the market the capex $544 million in July 2007.
