The Fed has to move rates in the direction the Japan Central Bank did before you'll see the huge crash in property and shares in the US.
Could be another 2 years away yet.
Sitting on the sidelines will cost a LOT of lost opportunity, and inevitably as it keeps rising and rising more and more will be sucked in to buying just before the top.
How many suckas got margin calls last week and lost their dough only to see the same shares now trading at or above the stop out level?
