    Its very basic technical stuff. The weekly chart is the best to use for probability setup and momentum swings.

    Oversold is on or below the bottom limit as noted. NOT oversold is where we are today which means it has potential to move lower.

    I might buy at the right price which I think is around 7c. Why not buy a technical position if contextually its high probability. But it might not be - could go to zero.
