During PB#2 when they were calculating the gas pressure, in many announcements they said that they could start producing within 3 months (including pernmitting etc). Remember striking gas is the key. There is gas. Production is not a problem. And they have said in many announcments that there is a pipeline next door which can be tapped to transport gas to refinery's which provide gas to millions of houses.

Once they strike gas there are no infrastructure costs. There is gas in the ground. The million dollar question is will this drill hit the spot. If it hits then GDN could become huge company selling more than 100k of gas per day. This could be a company making well. Therefore there are huge punts on the options and heads too. I think the crew can smell gas.
