hmmm i agree with dutch seems like a p&d setup.
which we all can allbenefit from, just make sure you don't get caught out imo.

and.. i don't think there is any relation between the capping prior to the 29c jump because that jump was more based on afr article. there would have to be deep collusion between afr and instos for that to occur?
