There is a viable business and they will pull through no problems at all. For starters if it sinks so does Grech & Fowlie's careers as lawyers ie: struck off (if put in admin - liquidation). As for the other directors they would be in some trouble too......I imagine that ASIC would take a dim view of the recent increases in directors fees if it was later found that the co. was cash strapped. So all good.....no dramas cash is on the way.
