    Interesting observation:
    "Our merger partner" Bearing (BRZ.V.) in Canada is still traded with a discount of 10 - 15% ( compared to LPI ) the last days.
    And this a few days before the merger.
    The cash compensation of CA$0.015 for each Bearing share must also be taken into account.
