Even though Zillow is overvalued and has always been. REA is still more overvalued at its current price than Zillow is at its current price of $92. REA book value along is close to 15. Zillow book value us 6.5. REA is two and half times more overvalued than Zillow. We get a share price for REA of $16. Anyhow I am still short REA and hoping for short term rally so I can short some more.
