mate if ya reckon you would get your allocation after the expiry date ya dreamin and it is the same scenario. ya could b1tch and moan to rio but they would have every right not to allot you those shares because you didnt abide by the conditions. its pretty simple and if you went to court a judge would rule against you. its not the courier company that is obligated to have the documents arrive before the expiry date, its the applicant obligation.
