That is nuts. Clearly nobody reviews those things before they are sent to clients. TA alone could not drive a stock price down from 70c to 10c - that would require some pretty serious calamity like serious fraud and embezzlement by management making off wish the cash plus earthquakes destroying both mines..
Stock will suffer because of general market panic currently being experienced about the trade war, and also if management are not succesful in getting Nifty running efficiently.
It's a risky time to buy because of the uncertainty, and maybe advisable even to sell - but wouldn't recommend selling on the basis of a forecast this might go to 10c..
On the positive side, you know what they say about what to do when others are fearful
