With a 25m pre-registration, and only a 1% penetration rate over 12 months, this would result in either $500,000 a month in revenue at the $2.00 per scan rate or $747,500 a month at the subscriber rate of $2.99 a month. Even if this was a blend of both at .5% $250,000 a month on scans and .5% on the subscribers being $373,750 a month. We would still see $623,750 a month in revenue at a blended 1%. Lets then halve this again to $311,875 a month so now ¼ % penetration of the number Bearn (not MyFiziq) is suggesting has pre-registered. According to the MyFiziq financials, this nearly covers their monthly burn on its own. So let's put Wolf9 hat on and turn the tables on retention, allow for 75% churn and 25% retention. Is it a stretch to suggest 1% over a year as a total including churn to still allow on ¼% on the platform at any one time?? Wolf9 will no doubt say yes, but sensible thinking would have to think this is possible. Bearn is likely to generate USD$3,742,500 or AUD$5,250,755.
And this won't be the only live app in the store using the MyFiziq technology, Wolf9 maybe these guys are going to get it right??
