i can buy at any time, i am in no rush, so thats not the reason why i havnt bought..
but while (Rent - Intrest on my cash) < Interest on mortgage
i am not fussed with renting, specially when i am too busy with work. dont even know which area i would buy in either.. preferable rural if i can get away with it.
when its cheaper to buy or prices are realistic then i might switch over.. but owning my own house doesnt seem to worry me like it does with most people..
