on another property thread Big Gambler pointed out that he makes more money on stock market than he gets paid at work.
He sees investing / buying property as absolutely useless.
Yet he spends his time here posting more than most of us combined on the subject.
What gives?
To answer his question posed to me, he is a 'non-property person' personified. He is not even looking with intent to buy or 'active'.
I've noticed that the main thrust of his negativity is captial gain or lack there of. I've made my mind up that BG has never managed income / debt / tax through property assets. This is my opinion and i wont be swayed away from it by anything he has to say.
