I have watched each day in the newspaper that for at least 3 months the "new yearly lows" have easily outnumbered the "new yearly highs" even when the ASX went up considerably on some of those days
Lately though, the number of new yearly lows has reduced markedly & a few new yearly highs are creeping in
Some days there were no new yearly highs at all except for maybe one or two stocks
Could all the bads news & then some, be factored in now ?
