fundas, i've got a spx futs resistance level of 25 from the leg down.. futs premo to cash about 6-10 pts lately .. that makes your 19 plausible.. but guys, I'm shorting less and less lately.. I'm convinced of the ppt argument.. aside from disgusted.. and starting to see these markets as as much politically influenced now as driven by internal market action.. so my strategy is changing.. I think shorting is much higher risk now than under historical market circumstances.. but there are markets that go into bull runs when equities are or should be falling.. eg short term money markets.. gold.. oil.. etc.. the usual suspects.. .. depending on the circumstances.. so I think it might be safer to find a bull market to trade long than find a bear market to short .. if that makes sense.. cheers!
