If I didn't like something as much as you guys seem to dislike property and anyone that talks about it, I wouldn't spend so much time hanging about talking about it.
Get a hobby... learn to ride a bike... volunteer at your local homeless shelter (but please don't whisper 'I told you so' in the poor homeless people's ears)...learn to count by 3's...
