Tc Yes point conceded (note *) on post, I wouldnt live in those fire traps in the UK thats for sure, but,
if we use Britain as a measure we have to use the houses (dog dwellings)and those numbers are real...

In all fairness the Mc Mansion factor for Aussie RE should be taken in also, the size & sheer scale of Aussie home sizes has increased a lot in 10-20 years..

In the end I dont give a rats if their x 4 x 6 or x 8 wages PE, pending location & house size, they'r riduculously over valued on a world scale...
