lescat - here's some ideas for forum segmentation;
virgin bears - never bought, cant buy yet, couldn't bring themselves to speak to a RE let alone go to inspections as they have no chance of getting what they want when they want it. They'd rather sit on a property forum all day and hang out with their virtual mates and give each other green thumbs as thats about all they can look forward to in life unless they turn off the computer and get stuck into what they really should be doing.
