Down in the SW of WA prices are still going sideways, as they have since a moderate recovery after the 2006/2007 peak where they exploded into fantasy land and then fell. There have now been years of price stability, after a correction, with prices still well below that peak. Nobody really minds because the market has been healthy and sales quite brisk at the market price. The latest market correction isn't happening here either because we didn't didn't get the intermediate silly season that others had.

There's a lot to be said for a stable market, it feels secure and it feels good.
