Groundzero would you mind telling us why you think wheat would have rotted on the wharves. Canada decided against paying kickbacks and their Single Desk marketer the CWB has moved every tonne their growers have produced.
So it will be interesting to see whether wheat rots on the wharves this year as what most of you numbskulls are saying is that without kickbacks you can't move wheat. Get out of town!
