All I am doing is actually suggesting that fence sitters, who have no real idea about who is best to vote for at the EGM, make Xu their proxy because he, being a substantial shareholder in the company, will have a gut feel as to which side will be best fit for THC going forward.

All Beasley supporters will obviously proxy Beasley to vote for them in supporting the EGM resolutions.

All Radford and Mutton supporters can vote how they like.
