Square have their own "builder" type game on the Drangon Quest franchise so they too have an interest in user generated content games.
The biggest concern for me is the product management and customer service by AB1. I don't believe they have a proper product manger who oversees a project to launch date. Customer service - replying to complaints on Google Play store, also unacceptable. Someone clearly outlines what the problems are and the response is "Hi there! Please let us know more of your concern by messaging us through our customer service channel in-game."
I mean please, is this a bot? Someone has just told you all their pain points and you generalise it and ask them to "let us know more of your concern". Rubbish response.
I've been in touch with the CEO to offer advice, credit to him because he responds back but AB1 really need a clean out. Get some people in there that take accountability.
