Re. Hobart - I think it is odd that Helsinki in at no. 6 but where is Hobart? And for petes sake - why is Auckland in the top 10 but Wellington not??? Who did this research - Mr. Magoo ?
If I were forced to live in a city - it would be either Helsinki or Hobart. Wellington a close second.

Someone should start a list of best and worst places to live - as opposed to cities.
