And, with the available FCF the company really should be doing it themselves (buying back, and cancelling, shares). At least that is my opinion and has been for a while (I understand that for both personal and company tax, this strategy is not looked upon as the best option)
That said, we aren't ever (hopefully) going to see the level of short attacks here in Australia that they have in the US - as (for all of their faults) we have regulators who won't allow shorts with no cover (and therefore stop shorting over a certain % of stock).
And, with the available FCF the company really should be doing...
