To me this stock has been a no brainer since the recent placement at $1 to institutional and sophistcated. I know I should have been writing this in the 70s but I was too busy buying and comforting to see so was Frank Carr..

There looks like there was 1 seller of about 1mil shares since the placement could have been a disgruntled new investor that did not get their fill and sold off straight away happy to dust a few $100k - typical insto activity...with stock as thinly traded as CRK. They do not get enough shares and feel there investment is a waste of time and money so they divest straight away..

I have been watching this stock for some time - what has given me confidence to invest now is the clear intention the company to mine a explore and the inexpensive success that have had with the latter.

Have a look at the frequency of announcements in the last few months than during the past couple of years they are certainly no longer in hibernation and with BGF getting their name out there this really looks market valuation of CRK should occur.

The estimated NPV of $2 for the initial mine at Lindsat means you can buy $2 of cash flows for 90c and all the other 3mil plus ounces are valued at 0!!!!!. This is why BGF said valuation over $2 ...as it could be $2 tommorrow and it would not be overvalued!!

This stock reminds me a little of being the Fortescue of Gold getting a nice very large resource base and tenaments before starting mining has is credit as raising money becomes easier as investors value the blue sky..and it is priced into your stock imagine the stock price if they had pushed to get the Lindsay mine up and running and not continued with investing in tenaments and exploring - they could have been raising money at below 50c.

I am finding it hard to find a negative with this stock other than its reputation (as being primed for a takeover) This has created a great opportunity now!

I like they don't want a partner to mine as this may create a bit of short term gain but can create other issues.

All good buy, buy, buy below $1 its a screamer!!
