Whilst these thugs are teenagers, they are fully aware of their actions - take them out in a boat 20km from shore on a day when seas are choppy and push them in the water. Then use their devices for filming them out at sea and post on social media, after which confiscate the items, sell them and give the proceeds to the elderly person.
