Dont know why your getting defensive mate, its ok to make a mistake.
Market cap equals , Shares on issue multuplied by the share price.
So when your saying "31ish mil which is roughly the same as its market cap" its just plain wrong.
Look at the last quarterly, look at the share on issue and look at the last traded price.
Cash last quarterly is 28.37 million, and market cap is around $53 million. These are facts not opinion.
