This case is so wrong on many levels. Mrs Carnita says:
""You look at me and see me wearing this and you couldn't handle it. All cops are racist."
Her impression of one policeman is valid to accuse every police officer. She made a discriminatory remark. Offensive also.
A Muslim commits a terrorist act so all Muslims are terrorists. I bet that remark would end in a multiple million dollar law suit!
