Simple answer
We should all wear a burqa and just thumb our noses at the police, drive how you like, do what you want, as long as you have it on you can't be prosecuted.
Maybe the police should wear them then they could thump anyone and not get caught
The possibilities are endless
One country - one law - everyone else - kick them out
