threatening to resign by the end of the year if he doesnt get the health system in oprder
looking for sympathy i reckon after trying to lay the blame on howard.
leaves ppl in 2 minds - do we want the health system running and keep mr teflon or allow it to collapse in the hope he will honour his pledge to fall on his sword.
difficult decision
