    Sorry, i misunderstood your post.Is it 80 or 90% that is required and if it fails what is the CGT liability. What were smm shares actually valued at. Areva is probably going to try to coerce Paladin into some favourable deal such as it had with Summit. So i think it will go through anyway.Even if paladin don't get the 90% they can take those holding out to court on the grounds that they are offering a fair value price. So it has a long way to go.
