    Necco is correct RE CGT roll over relief, of which, PDN is required to get 80%.

    I believe this is why PDn has extended the offer by 14 days.

    On this basis I believe PDN will negotiate with Areva, come to a commercial agreement, and take SMM away for good.

    I am very sad to see this occur and would congratulate Eggars on his achievement regardless.
