after the issue was oversubsribed this is perfect, and exactly what we want, those who missed out set there broker to wokr accumuating at a higer price than the issue, but still gettin there fill. the longer we can accumulate like this without it take inoff, the better - the tigher the freehold gets, the smaller the amount traders can get at.
