thats if they make an offer, they may just think it is a nice place to park a bit of cash while the rain comes down and the floods waters subside.
Hence the worry maybe after the purchase happens the price may also subside.
They have a good idea what is under the ground and which is the better value share ITC or VPE. Thats why they bought up the undervalued ITC.
Not saying an offer is not in the air but maybe just an opertunistic investment that they know is good value; better than bank interest.
