Hi 4leedy I share your concerns about possible substantial further dilution for pilot & full scale plants. Agree on the takeover scenario as well.
In fact i believe if anything positive comes out of the latest planned drilling campaigns which results in a share price spike then they will pull the cap raising trigger again. They have done so numerous times in the past. " Never let an opportunity to raise more money pass you buy "
The strong institutional holder base is a positive for sure. It would make an interesting time for any negotiations around an acceptable offer price should a takeover eventuate.
