read my last post again NTTG - i don't know where i am attacking anyone wanting a roof over their head.

i stated they were high risk people, sub prime loans are exactly that, sub prime, not prime, but sub prime.

Those people who entered into sub prime loans were hisk risk borrowers, it is evident as a lot of them have defaulted on their loan repayments. So would i if my interest rate went from 4% to 14% after the two year honeymoon period expired.

And i don't believe i am down ramping this stock either - i believe in ELK.
