'If the Capital Restructure Proposal is implemented, Noteholders will receive:
a payment of 2.57 cents per BECG Note, being equivalent to the pro rata amount of the
interest coupon for the period 1 January 2011 until the implementation date; and
25.4 Stapled Securities for each BECG Note at an issue price of 2.56 cents per Stapled
Security'
Could someone explain how BECG could be worth more than pennies if the capital restructure proposal goes through? Or is the current quote a punt on it not going through?
