My reading behind the whole thing is: this will give a chance for Noteholders and ACR to "exit" on a indicative share price of 2.5~ cents, and that "exit" price could be much lower.

Shareholders's value is now next to none.

So the SP of BEC may not bottomed yet, but BECG may have some space up.

The "face value" of BECG is: 25.4 X 0.0256 = 65 cents.
At today'39.5C, it is 40% discount.

If you take the same 40% discount from BEC's 2.56 cent, it comes 1.53 Cents.

Someone with better Maths skill please comment.
