sorry attitudes but your comments make no sense to me ... Wellfully if owned by OBJ needs to be funded by OBJ it can't be funded from outside sources and if it is then shareholders need to know the contractual details... or once again am i missing something here?

The directors can have as much money as they like but if OBJ doesn't have enough to fund the new venture then there is a big issue.. even bigger if they are taking money from elsewhere to fund it and not telling shareholders.. if that is what you are in fact implying ?
