Smilez, There is nothing stopping Wellfully from gaining debt finance or Equity finance in it's own name. I think we can assume that the current Directors of OBJ have not to this point of time subscribed to shares in Wellfully as this would need to be advised to the ASX. If Equity finance is subscribed in Wellfully other than the amount of shares that we where advised would be issued to Paul Peros as part of his remuneration we could well find that OBJ's equity interest in Wellfully will be reduced. I suppose all will be revealed at or before the AGM!!!
