Looks like this is being recapitalised through Cicero (Matthew Walker) and they will effectively take control
10M shares have already been issued at 3c to Cicero - I assume this went internally
They are then seeking shareholder approval to issue an additional 70M shares at 4c to raise $2.8M before costs
Currently has 32M shares on issue, so after the raise that would give the Cicero stable at least 80/102M shares
Notice who was also recently appointed as Director ? Ms Loren Jones, the Cicero company secretary
Not sure I would be paying the offer around 5.5-6c, may be worth waiting to grab loose stock from stag profit takers, but you'd think if Cicero control so much of the register they would be selecting who gets what and keeping it very tight
