This stock will be practically owned by Cicero and Advisory...
They already own half of the company as raised almost 15m shares at 3c. And now raising at 4c...
After raise they will have enough cash which should be close to 2.6m after paying borrowings and a market cap of 4m at 4c or 6m at 6c...
Borrowings 490k approx... there might be other payables and receivables so might have to wait till the next quarterly to see the exact figures...
All in all, cash must be above 2m with the possibility of 2.5m...
Let's see if the existing holders do get a chance to participate...
