I am not sure how you prop a stock with 500$ lots.....

The 500$ lot buying has been going on for months and my understanding was this represented Direct Market Access algoithmic buying for someone wishing to accumulate a largish position over many months at a volume weighted average price....

I am not sure if you would consider someone using this technique smart money or not....?

Interestingly on the day sen breached 10cents this buying was not present (see below) and there were several smaller lots going through under 10 cents as if to trigger automatic stop losses?

I'm not familiar with OBV theory although your target of 8.5cents certainly seems possible given current market conditions, I'll give you even odds :)
