Hello Spartans,

I didn’t want to mess up an old thread so just started a new
one to keep things clean.

I’m currently completing my Cert 3 in process plant operations via a traineeship, and I’m thinking I may like to enter the gold industry, in particular, Spartan. I see a strong future here.

Would Spartan themselves be looking at hiring operators themselves or is this something they would outsource to a contractor?

I’m assuming they would be hiring directly.

Any thoughts/feedback welcome, maybe there’s a more appropriate category or thread in hotcopper I should be posting this?
