Interesting move. Surprised they've done it considering lack of liquidity (on ASX) and the fun they had getting out last time.

Somebody must have worked out how much Anvil has in the bank and the profits they're likely to pull in over the next few Qtrs (years) and thought it was worth the risk.

I hope they'll allow the price to run a bit more this time before taking profits. Maybe they can smell a dividend - by the end of the year we should have enough cash to buy the Congo. Interesting to compare current cash flows to the original RMB Bank loan. Seems like small bikkies.
This certainly wraps up a wad of shares.
The lack of shares to buy or sell would be detering the bulls and the bears at the moment - fundamentals aside - given general market uncertainty any bull wouldn't like what they see purely based on liquidity.
