    My sentiment exactly - wwhat are the reasons/advantages for an institutional placement ?

    Is there a benefit to VPG to have offered to institutions rather than say a 1 for 2 entitlement offer to current holders?

    I would guess that current holders would have taken up any additional entitlement .
