This was the part I enjoyed most :-) Despite being addressed to employees anyone think this may account for a few others????? Restricted (one could gather) is someone who lets say is #1 on the share register (and God forbid may have plans the public doesn't know about in regard to their future interests). Oh and I love the first point......

Excluded Trading
4.1 There may be circumstances where dealing in the Company?s securities by restricted persons is permitted outside of the rules of this Securities Trading Policy. Such possible circumstances where excluded trading may be permitted are given, but not limited to the following:
? Where dealing in the Company?s securities results in no change in beneficial interest in the securities;
? Where dealing in the Company?s securities occurs via investments in a scheme or other arrangement where the investment decisions are exercised by a third party, and Director or Designated Officer has no control or influence with respect to trading decisions;
? Where the trading occurs under an offer to all or most of the security holders of the Company;
? Where disposal of securities of the Company are required by a secured lender exercising its rights, for example, under a margin lending arrangement;
? Where the Board determines that Exceptional Circumstances exist as described in Point 6.
Further notes and expansion of the above circumstances are given in ASX Guideline 27, which can be referred to by the Board for additional guidance.
4.2 Excluded Trading will be permitted subject to the restricted person first obtaining prior written clearance from the Board according to the procedure outlined in Points 5 below.
