But you should, and with shareholders who understand options you do, that is my point. Your point about near term expiry dates is obvious and once the term is under a year the term does make a noticable difference, certainly under 6 months it becomes risky to pay more than head price less conversion cost (unless you are expecting a big announcement soon). But the short term effect is just common sense - you should not be investing without common semse.
